Waikiki Beach
Hang loose at the iconic Waikiki Beach, known for its golden sands and surf-friendly waves.
Surfing Waikiki Beach
Surfboards and surfing lessons are available at the kiosks on Waikiki beach. Just look for the surfboards!
Shopping on Kalakaua Avenue
Kalakaua Avenue features a mix of high-end designer stores, local Hawaiian boutiques, and popular retail chains, offering a diverse shopping experience.
Chinatown (Honolulu)
Explore Chinatown located in Downtown Honolulu. There are plenty of restaurants and bars for all palettes.
Hiking at Diamond Head
Feeling adventurous? Go for a hike at Diamond Head, one of Oahu's most popular hiking trails.
Pearl Harbor
Visit Pearl Harbor National Memorial in Honolulu. Pearl Harbor is free to visit, including the museums and grounds, and the Pearl Harbor Visitor Center. However, there is a $1 service charge to reserve tickets for the USS Arizona Memorial program through recreation.gov. Reservations are strongly recommended and can be made online.
Honolulu Zoo
Spend a day at the Honolulu Zoo. Open daily from 10am-3pm.
Hula Shows
There are plenty of Hula shows happening around Waikiki that you can watch. Many are free and occur daily!
For Foodies and Boozies
Beach Bar at the Moana Surfrider
Enjoy a sunset cocktail and live music at the Moana Surfrider Beach Bar. (This is the bride & groom's favorite spot on Waikiki Beach!)
Marukame Udon
One of our favorite Japanese noodle spots in Waikiki (try the curry nikutama bowl!). We recommend to go early as it can get crowded after 3pm.
RumFire
Enjoy a sunset dinner at RumFire restaurant with beautiful views of Waikiki Beach. RumFire is located at the Sheraton Hotel in Waikiki.
Kuhio Avenue Food Hall
For quick (and yummy) food options, visit the Food Hall located in the International Marketplace in Waikiki. There are plenty of food vendors and 2 bars!
Duke's Restaurant Waikiki
Located in the Outrigger Waikiki Beach Hotel, Duke's serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner with beach views. According to the groom, they serve "the best breakfast buffet in Waikiki".
Heyday at White Sands Hotel
Want to escape the beach and sun for a bit? Enjoy this Tiki themed bar that serves the best Mai Tai in Waikiki (personal opinion).
Leonard's Bakery Honolulu
Got a sweet tooth? Try Leonard's world famous malasadas (Portuguese doughnut without a hole). Make sure to get there early to beat the lines! You can also order ahead on their website.
Hideout at the Laylow Hotel
Food, cocktails, and good music with rooftop vibes. What more do you need?
